Preparing a Pro Se Answer to a Complaint or Arbitration Claim for you to file on your behalf- $125 Flat Fee (compare with attorneys who charge $250 per hour). An attorney licensed in your state will prepare an Answer to a Complaint (lawsuit) or a Response to an Arbitration Claim. The initial telephone consultation with the attorney is included at no extra charge.
Additional telephone consultation with Attorney: $35 per telephone consultation
Documents will be e-mailed or faxed to you at no extra charge (FEDEX delivery of documents: $25 for standard delivery; $45 for priority or weekend delivery)
Less than 3 business days preparation time is an additional $50 (when possible)

Legal Advice over the phone- $35- We can provide consultation on any legal issue arising from collection efforts against the debtor, if you have received documents you do not understand you should seek legal advice.
Draft of an Answer to a complaint $125 - If you are served with a Complaint by one of your creditors, our attorneys will write the Answer for you from your responses.
Draft of response to a Claim for Arbitration $125 - Our attorneys will prepare a Response to a Claim for Arbitration for you to present to the arbitrator and explain the process to you.
I. Standard delivery of prepared documents is fax or e-mail- resending documents $5
II. Delivery of documents by Fedex is $25; priority or weekend delivery is $45
III. Less than business days is an additional $50
Review of a Motion to Enter Arbitration Award $50- Once an arbitrator awards the creditor money based on the arbitration claim, the creditor must ask your local court to reduce this to a judgment so that the creditor can collect the money. A phone call with our attorneys will assist you in determining whether or not you should file an Objection to the Motion to Enter an Arbitration Award.
Review of garnishment documents $50- If a creditor has garnished your wages or bank accounts, you may speak to an attorney to determine your rights and options.
Exemption Filing $25 - We can prepare exemptions filings when a creditor has received a judgment against you to protect certain assets that may be exempt by state law. The availability of this option differs by state so clients should call to find out what his/her options are.
I. MA Homestead exemption $25- All clients who are homeowners in the State of Massachusetts, should explore the necessity of filing this exemption to protect their home from creditors.
II. FL/NC exemption filings $100- All clients who live in FL/NC may need to file exemptions if a creditor attempts to execute on a judgment.
Review of a Motion of Summary Judgment $50 Creditors may try to enter a Summary Judgment against you, which means that you will not have the benefit of a hearing. A phone call with our attorneys will assist you in determining whether or not you should file a Response in Opposition to the Motion for Summary Judgment.
Draft a Response in Opposition to the Motion for Summary Judgment $200 -(available only if we drafted original response). A Response may result in the creditor’s motion being denied so that you are permitted to present your case at a trial.
Review of Answers to Interrogatories $120- You may be asked to answer interrogatories by the creditor’s attorney during the process of discovery. Our attorneys will review the answers you have prepared with you and answer any questions.
Draft Answers to Interrogatories $240- If you are served with Interrogatories, our attorneys can write the answers for you from your responses. You must answer each question and the attorney will then put the answers in a legally sufficient format.
Motion to Dismiss for Improper service/venue etc. $125- If you have been improperly served or sued in the wrong place, you may wish to ask the court to dismiss the case causing the creditor’s attorney to start over. This may give you more time to negotiate a settlement.
Review of a Request for Production of Documents $125- You may be asked to produce documents by the creditor’s attorney during the process of discovery. Our attorneys will review the Request with you and answer your questions about how to prepare your response.
Review of a Request for Admissions $125- You may be asked to admit certain statements in writing by the creditor’s attorney during the process of discovery. Our attorneys will review the Request with you and answer your questions about how to prepare your response.
Referral to an Attorney $89 – In some circumstances you will obtain a better result with traditional representation. Our referral attorneys discount their fees at least 25% off their normal rates.
Referral to an Bankruptcy Attorney $1699- This flat fee will cover most Chapter 7’s. Additional fees maybe required in a Chapter 13 however, these fees can be paid through the court approved plan.
